Monday - relaxin' and chillaxin'

Monday was the kind of day that dreams are made off.

You know the ones where you can sleep in and get out of bed and not comb your hair?
The kind where breakfast is made for you.

The kind with little pretty girls eating cereal.

The kind where you spend time at the beach even though it is so crazy windy you are filled with sand.

The kind where you have time to take a nap. On the beach. In the middle of the week.

The kind where a cozy chair and blanket invites you to come and sit and read.

The kind where little boys are free to throw rocks into the water and watch them splash.

The kind where you are with your spouse 24-7 and loving it!

The kind where you can build sandcastle and let the sand between your toes.

The kind where dinner is made by a restaraunt and you get a twirly straw.

The kind where light gleams from smiling eyes.

The kind where little babies get lovin' from their mamas.

The kind where your whole family is together.

That kind of Monday is the best kind.
