A year in review

In keeping with tradition, as a means to count my blessings, here are the monthly highlights of our year, 2012.

January

We had some snow, a suprise birthday for a dear friend, Andrea, and this little girly turned 1.

February

We spent a week in Mexico with my parents,

and some time on the snowy trails around Limberlost.

March

Mike celebrated his 35th birthday, and we celebrated our 5th anniversary. It was unseasonably warm, and we had blossoms blooming.

April

I spent a few days away on a fun girls scrap booking trip.

May

We spent two of our weekends up north doing renos on the cottage, visited the splash pad!, and did our annual picnic in the rose garden.

June

We biked a lot of km's for the Bikeathon, watched Nick Walenda tight rope across the falls, and went to the sound of music festival.

July

We spend lots of time boating, went to Collingwood with the Douma's, a Jay's game, and camping.

August

We spend a week at the cottage, and lots of time outside.

September

I was winding up my time at the market, and we took in another Jay's game with Robin and Jackie.

October

We celebrated Thanksgiving with both families, and enjoyed the beautiful fall leaves with a few hikes.

November

We organized more of our home, and went to listen to a concert at Roy Thompson.

December

We celebrated the birth of Christ with lots of family and fun!

Looking back at just a few of the memories (I took 7, 548 pictures in the year 2012), it is clear:
