Last weekend we, along with 10,000 others, "ran" the Rankin Cancer Run.
We had Saralynn for the day and she was just such a doll!
This year we ran in honour of Mrs. Varga who is fighting cancer.
Rich and Lisa, if you check this ever, know that we are praying!

For the first km we shuffled.
For the next km we walked.
For the next km we power walked.
For the next km we walked/run.
And for the last km we shuffled again.
