Friday - Happy Birthday to me

Friday was my birthday. After visiting with my Oma, with whom I share a birthday, I came home to pack like crazy for our trip.

Mike sent me on a crazy scavenger hunt to find my birthday presents. I'll have to write about that some time else. But in the end, I got a tennis racket (a pink one at that!) and a spare camera battery.

After work we headed out to our campground, Jell-E-Bean, for a night. The campground was, well, sketchy. I guess what do you expect for a name like Jell-E-Bean! We spent the night strolling down the beach and roasting hot dogs over a fire. It was a great start to the holiday!
