The Group of 7

This week we had the privaledge of moving into Aunt Tricia and Uncle Pete's house.
We went from thinking all their were mostly the same, to finding out about their personalities.

Here's my take, in no particular order:
Joel the clown. Joel keeps his family laughing. He has a very perculiar and adorable accent and he was my best friend for the week. He told me where everything was, made sure that I was doing the right thing, and smiled enough to get Mike and I to read many stories to him.

Kenneth the intelectual. Kenneth is smart. Very, very smart. He loved to be on the computer doing homework, working ahead on assignments not yet assigned. He is also the proud owner of a new car, with the liscence plate, according to my mind, of be jiffy.

Nathan the multitasker. Nathan was helpful. He was kind. He loved to play pingpong. He loved to talk. He loved to help out. He loved to eat. He loved to be on the computer. A well rounded sort of fellow.

Tracey the athletic. Tracey loves to be involved in sports. She loves her little siblings and was quick to laugh with them at their funny antics. She was shy, not caring to interact with us much.
Jonathan the boofy. Jonathan loved to play. And if you were tackling him, all the better. He loved to talk and listen to stories. He loved playing games with us. He learnt how to eat neater - or at least pretended while we were there.

Owen the man's man. Owen didn't attach to me. He loved, loved, loved, Mike. He would talk to him for long times about school and play and fun.

Matthew the sensitive. Matthew needs individual attention - we studied maps with him that he already knew, quized him on spelling words he could spell backwards and forwards, and played a lot of pingpong!

We had a great week. We loved being 'parents' for a week.
I'll miss you 'little buddy'!
